一、Manageandsupportthefactorywiththevariousfinance-relatedjobsincludingbutnotlimitedto:1. EnsurethecompliancewiththeapplicableP.R.C.laws,regulations,codesandrulesofaccounting;2. Ensurethebookkeeping,accountingandreportingismadeinaccordancewithapplicableaccountingregulationsofP.R.C.;3. Maintainandsecurelystoretheaccountingvouchers,accountsandotherdocuments;4. Takeoverallresponsibilityforimplementationofinternalcontrolsnecessarytomanageandoverseethepurchasingofmaterials,inventorycontrol,inventorycostingandpricing,cashmanagementandotherfinancialmanagementfunctionswhicharetobeunderthecontroloftheControllerfortheChinaoperations5. Regularlyanalyzeandcheckaccountingdata,identifyingandsettlingproblemsinatimelyandaccuratemanner;6. Prepare(orreviewifpreparedbytheaccountingmanager)andsubmitallrelatedtaxreturnsintimesuchasIndividualIncomeTax,BusinessTax,ValueAddedTax,CorporateIncomeTax,etc.;7. Beresponsibleforcommunicationwithvariousgovernmentauthoritiesandotherrelatedcompanies,includingthetaxauthority,socialinsurancebureau,housingfundcenter,banksandCPAfirms;8. Othertasksasssignedbytheheadofficeand/orthefactory9. Ordercalculation/productcostinganalysis10 BudgetingandLiquidity-Planning二、JobRequirementsandSkills1. ExcellentoralandwrittencommunicationabilityinMandarinandEnglish;2. Goodsupportingattitudeandskills;3. FamiliarwithChineseGAAP,Chinataxlaw,IFRS4.
