I.日常排产Dailyproductionschedule根据客户需求，物料情况，产能状况进行转单排产，并跟进完成每天生产单的排期任务。对于未能满足客户需求的生产单进行原因分析及汇总Arrangetheproductionscheduleaccordingtothecustomerrequest,materialstatus,capacityandfollowtheorderstatustomakesuretheproductioncanbedoneonschedule,analysistherootcauseandworkoutsolutionforabnormalstatusII.产能管理Capacitymanagement每日产能及生产加班状况分析,各工序包括：椅子，胶板，屏风，五金，喷粉及配件包装；
Dailycapacity,production,OTstatusreviewandanalysis,include:Chairs,Wood,Panel,Metal,P&P,GeneralpackageIII.急单处理Urgentorder客户紧急加快需求跟进，物料及产能状况协调Customerurgentandexpediterequirementsanalysisandfollowup,coordinatethecross-functionteamstoresolvethematerialandcapacityissuetofulfillthecustomerrequest.IV.异常分析Abnormalanalysis每日生产异常跟进分析及改善方案制定（如物料异常，品质异常）Reviewandresolvedailyproductionabnormalstatus(materialissue,qualityissue…).V.部门改善行动Kaizenaction参与计划部改善项目,协助高级计划员完成部门改善行动
