SpecificResponsibilities工作职责：01、Reviewpreliminarydesignconceptandproductspecification.02、Evaluatetheassociatedrisksandpotentialissueswithrespecttotheintendedproductfeatures,geometryconsideration,materialsjustification,andmanufacturingprocessselection.03、Assessmodel/prototypesampleandconductRiskAssessmenttolockdownallnecessarychangesbeforetheToolStart.04、EstablishtheProductQualityPlan(PQP)tocoverallqualityrequirements,includingbutnotlimitedtosafetyconsideration(CriticaltoSafety),intendedfunction(CriticaltoQuality),expectedreliability,anddurability.05、Quantifyteam’sexpectationagainsttheproductqualityandtransformtomeasurablecriteria.06、Preparetailormadetestplantoqualifyproduct.07、DrivetheEngineeringpilottestsandcollaboratewithproductQE,engineering,andOEMforimprovement.08、SupportproductQEtopreparetheConformityTestPlan(CTP)toassuretheongoingproductionconsistency.RequiredQualifications&Experience任职资格及经验要求：01、Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherwithmajorinEngineeringand/orScience.02、Atleast6yearsexperienceinQualityfieldfromtoyindustry(toymanufacturer,tradingcompanyorfactory).03、Atleast3yearsexperienceforhandlingnewtoydevelopmentfromdesigntoPSphase.04、FamiliarwithRCtoyorchemicaltoywouldbeaplus.05、Proficiencyintoysafetyrequirementsandcapabletopointoutthelimitationsofeachrequirements.06、Richexperienceonprojectdebug.07、Goodknowledgeinusingstatisticaltooltoconductanalysis.
08、SolidexperienceinusingEnglishforprojectstatusreporting.
