Supply Chain Planner/计划员

Principle Accountabilities:1、Ensure good stock availability on all Materials within your responsibility for business units globally2、Manage stock rotation by minimizing excess stocks3、Manage supply of new products working closely with the New Product Development team, commercial teams and suppliers4、Ensure that the supply of goods is on time and in fullMain Responsibilities:1、Provide Monthly levelled capacity plan to the PMC team within DGDK2、Communicate with overseas office via Demand team for forecast and PO confirmation 3、Prioritize and adjust production to align with market needs 4、Feedback loop on cross-departments in overseas, local offices and PMC5、Participate monthly Industrial S & OP reviews with Operations and Group Supply Chain6、Analyse metrics, KPI’s and sales records regularly for at-risk and ad-hoc products to ensure we achieve the correct stock mix within all markets7、Evaluate bottlenecks and opportunities to improve supply availability8、Handle Phase in Phase out and ensure reduction of obsolete materials by working closely with internal stake holders within DGDK9、Communicate with markets if any order / shipment changes10Work directly with Customers for direct shipments made and ensure all instructions are followed strictly11、Maintaining Control reports as requested by Planning Managers12、Confirm all Commercial Forecast requests, based on stock availability in the present and projected in the future.
