工作职责：1. Monitor critical business workflow and background jobs, responsible for each exception happens and report the issue to higher level support team.2. Perform routine check to SAP system in global wide, report to SAP Basis team for any potential risk.3. Fulfil the user requirement about Control-m request, including schedule/modify background job and trouble shooting. 4. Follow the development and maintenance work about Monitoring Tools.5. Update the solution wiki and document.任职资格：1. Able to read, write and speak English fluently2. Proficient in a development language, Python/Java/JS/HTML/CSS, experience in website construction is preferred3. Familiar with Oracle or other types of databases4.
