PD Manager 产品开发经理

岗位职责：1.Supervise and lead team of developers to fully realise product manufacturing outcomes.监督和领导开发团队完美实现产品开发成果。2.Evaluate the feasibility of selected concepts to meet functional, cosmetic and customer needs. 评估选型满足功能、外观和客户需求的可行性。3.Design, develop and prototype new products in accordance with company & customer product development process. 根据公司和客户产品开发流程设计、开发新产品。4.Develop timelines for development tasks and appraise performance against plan.制定开发任务的时间表，并根据计划评估绩效表现。5.Evaluate, document, and implement potential design and process changes to improve product performance, manufacturability.评估、记录和实施潜在的设计和工艺变更，以提高产品性能、可制造性。6.
