结构设计副经理 Assistant Design Manager

Responsibilities:• Adopt new concept and take initiative in the research process to identify the best approach to turn the concept into a product that will work as intended and be manufacturable;• Develop or enhance existing or new products based on requirements/feedback from Marketing or Engineering; • Prepare CAD drawings and costing information;• Conduct Pre-debug on products before tooling start; • Provide development and engineering support from EP to production;• Figure out the most economical method and effective technology to apply to the design.• Research new technology applications in the market for new product development.Qualifications:• University degree in engineering.
