CS客服专员

MajorResponsibilities主要职能：1.Accordingtotheupdatedquotationsystemrequirementofthecompany,quotetothecustomerinwrittenform;按照公司现行报价系统要求，负责对客户进行书面报价；2.Accordingtotheworkflowtoreceiveandcompletetheorderprocess,andlinkuptotherelevantdepartmentfortheorderexecutionbasedontheorderrequirement;按照工作流程，受理客户订单，并根据订单情况，与公司相关部门衔接订单及合同的执行；3.CommunicationandCoordinationtothecustomersfordailybusiness;负责与客户的沟通及协调工作；4.Filingandmanagementofordersandotherrelevantdocuments;负责公司销售订单及其他相关文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作；5.Compiletheweekly/monthly/quarter/annualstatisticalstatementofsalesaccordingly,andreplytothedepartmentmanager/boardofmanagementatanytimefortheinquiryoforderstatus;负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写，并随时答复领导对销售订单动态情况的质询；6.Assistsalesmanforthepreparation/receptionofcustomervisittothecompany;协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待工作；7.Responsiblefortheinformationconsultation&complaintfromthecustomer,supportandworktogetherwiththerelevantdepartmenttodulyhandle,andreplytothecustomerintime;负责客户的信息咨询及投诉记录，协助有关部门妥善处理，并及时回复客户；8.Updatingmaintenanceofthecustomerinformation;更新维护客户资源信息；9.Completeotherworkwhichrequiredbydepartmentmanager&boardofmanagement.完成部门及公司领导交办的其他工作。任职资格requirement：1.College,internationaltrade,secretary,Englishorotherrelatedmajor;大专学历以上，国际贸易、文秘、英语或其它相关专业；2.HighlevelofEnglish(oral&writing);具备较强的英语口语及写作能力；3.Above2yearsworkexperienceofcustomerservice;两年以上客户服务工作经验；4.Haveagilecustomerserviceconceptandreflect;具备敏捷的客服观念和反映速度；5.Havegoodabilityofcommunication/coordination,andalsohavestronganalytical/problem-solvingabilities;具备良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；6.Havestrongsenseofresponsibility,canbearhardshipsandstandhardworkunderhighpressure.有较强的责任心，能吃苦耐劳，可迅速适应高压工作环境。【联系我时，请说是在 【聊聘】 上看到的，谢谢！】
