Reporting to Operation Manager, you as Master Data Analyst will be responsible for setup & maintenance all master data both in SAP and MES for Dongguan plant all new product or existing product, analyzes complex master data to ensure that identified manufacturing targets are met, identifies areas where processes and/or production are not operating optimally, analysis may focus on Bill of Material (BOM), work center, routing, production version, scrap, etc. and develops process improvements to improve upon targets.About the job:Setup and upgrade all master data both in SAP &MES for Donggguan plant all product based on CMDC request , including BOM/RT, New material part number , cost run with SAP model, Label etc .(40%)SAP/MES/Global Label system problem solving to ensure normal operation;(5%)Analyzes master data to determine if manufacturing targets can and/or are being met. (30%)Identifies way to improve production costs and/or timing. Recommendations may focus on the materials/components for manufacturing, routing/sequence of operations, manufacturing machinery, etc. (15%)Works with the manufacturing team to understand production needs.Analyzes changes to the overall manufacturing process to ensure quality and adherence to production targets.
