Key Responsibilities:?1.Provide technical support and answers to customer inquiries or questions;2.Supervise and conduct random factories/vendors laboratories to ensure physical test parameters are performed according to the latest test methods and standards. Issue corrective action required to the respective any non-compliance found and follow up on the corrective action plans3.Work closely with development, material and Production, departments to follow up on action required based to laboratory testing.4. Take lead to Investigate on Claims / potential risks that arise from the market.5. Be responsible for all the lab records and files are organized and up to date with supplier and factory in gathering materials or sample information whenever necessary.Skills/Qualifications:1.Bachelor degree with majors in related fields2.
