外贸业务员

岗位职责1、负责公司产品的销售及推广，完成公司下达的销售指标；2、开拓新客户，通过展会、邮件、开发信、电话等开发新项目；3、维护老客户，跟进客户订单，回复邮件，回复客人询价，及时处理与反馈异常情况；4、负责跟进询盘、邮件等，及时处理和回复客户的订单需求及产品的相关问题并达成订单5、客户来访接待工作，安排参观工厂等事宜；6、参加国外展览会，定期出国拜访客户。任职资格：1、具有2年以上外贸销售工作经验，大专或以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易类等相关专业，精通普通话和英语听说读写；2、熟悉外贸出口流程，熟练掌握产品的主要特性和用途，了解产品的工作原理；3、工作踏实认真，应对快捷敏锐，责任心强；Positionrequirement:-Completeorderentry,provideorderstatusupdate,shipmentnotification,paymentcoordination.-Assistinteamorder,forecasts,productspecification,timingreportsandtasks-LearnanddevelopanunderstandingofUAproductlineofferingsandoptionsinordertomakerecommendationsaccordingtocustomer’srequirement.-Performawidevarietyofdutiestoassistcustomersbyansweringquestions,provdinginformationandinteractingwithotherdepartmentsasrequired.-Respondtocustomercommunicationsregardingrequestsforinformation,resolutionofqualityorproductissue,priceandleadtimewithassistanceoftheTeamLeaderorexperiencedteammemberifrequired.-Actasback-upforselectedassignedcustomersandmaintainowncustomeraccountinformationforusebyback-ups.-Allotherdutiesasassigned.Whatyouwillbringinthefamily-Atleast1yearworkingexperiencewithpreferenceinsalesfieldespeciallycustomizedmanufacturing.-ExcellentEnglishcommunicationskillsbothwritingandreading,goodoralispreferred.-Dynamicandinnovateapproachtosales-Highlyself-motivatedandteamplayer-Anappetiteforbuildingbusiness-StrongcomputerskillsrequiredwithWord,Excel,PowerPoint.WhatUAwillprovide-Top-levelsupplierresourcewhichsupplytoinfluentialglobalbrandslikeDrunkelephant,Hudabeauty,KylieSkin,BeautyCounter…-AvastrangeofstandardsinSkincare,Haircare,Bodycarepackagingsolutions-Latestmarketnewsshare-Highinvestmentinbrandingpromotionlikemediaadvertising,exhibitions.-Depthengineeringsupport-Competitivecost-effectivequalitymanu
