Jobdescription1.Highlightanypotentialqualityissuesduringproductdevelopmentphases,ensurethereisdevelopmentplan.2.Manageriskmitigationplanduringdifferencephasesofnewproductionintroduction.3.Reviewprototypecontrolplanandpreparepre-launchandproductioncontrolplan.4.ReviewDFMEA&PFMEAwithCFTduringNewProjectStage.5.Preparetheplansforprojectdeliverablesthatarerelatingtoqualityandmeasurement,e.g.designMSAplan,arrangegages/testingequipmentpreparation,preparesafelaunchplan.6.Supportforshopfloorqualitysystemandexecutetherelatedactivityconnectedtoproblemsolvingandproductrelease(8D,ContinuesImprovement,Dimensionreport,Etc)7.Generateregularprojectqualitystatistics,identifynegativetrendsandworkwithprojectandproductionCFTtoimplementcorrective/preventiveactions.8.Communicatewithallstakeholderespeciallyformulti-sitesprojects.Requirements:1.BachelordegreeholderoraboveinEngineeringorrelateddisciplinesispreferred.2.Minimum10years'relevantexperienceinautomotivemanufacturing,knowledgeinandimplementationofISO9001/IATF16949isamustwhileexperienceinVDA6.3ispreferred.3.ExperienceandknowledgeinQA/QCtoolsincludingbutnotlimitedtoPPAP,APQP,FEMA,CP,MSAisamust4.ExcellentlanguageproficiencyincludingChineseandEnglish.
5.StronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillsforCFTcollaboration.
