PlanningandIndustrialEngineering• Overseesthedesign,andimplementationofaneffectivemethodandtimestudysystemandproceduretoestablishefficientworkstandardsanddefineacceptablestandardproductivitylevels.• EstablishesaneffectivesystemandprocedureindefiningmaterialconsumptionstandardsinorderforAccountingtohaveabasisforstandardmaterialcosting,control&monitoringactualmaterialconsumptionvs.standard.• Maximizesutilizationofplantspacethroughsoundandwell-plannedlayoutingofworkstation,equipment,officesandregularrehabilitationofthebuilding.• Developsaneffectivesetofplanningtoolstominimizethelevelofinventorywithoutsacrificingsupporttooperation.• Overseesandmonitorsthepreparationofproductionforecastsandmonitoringofinventorylevelstoensureanadequatesupplyofmaterialsinordertosupportproductionrequirements.• Monitors,analyzesanddiscusseswithmanagementdailyconsumptioncomparingactualusevs.planandmakesnecessaryrevisions/recommendationsintheplan.• Establishesmanufacturingcapacitylevels,plansandrequirements.• Providesproductionschedulestomeetcustomerdeliveryrequirementsandutilizemanufacturingresourcesefficiently.• Developsandimplementsasetofgoalsandmeasurementsforinventorymanagementinordertoreduceinventorycostsfordirectmaterials.• Supervisestheimplementationandmaintenanceofacontrolsystemthatwillidentifytheownershipandlocationofallassetsandmonitoringofinventorytoensurethatthephysicalcountandrecordsofassetsarereconciled.• Providesasafeandorderlyenvironmentforallmaterialsconsideringspecialenvironmentalcontrolsasrequiredtoensurethatstorageareasareproperlysecured.• Supervisesandmotivatesstafftoensuretheymeetthedepartmentalgoalsandobjectives.Requirement• Yearsoftotalworkingexperience:10Years
