岗位职责

MainPurposeofthePosition:1. EstablishandImproveAdvanceQualityPlanningsystem2. CooperatewithprojectmanagerduringAPQPfromqualityfunction,Checkprojectstatusdeeply-Notonlycheckingpapers,findpotentialrisksoftheproject-notonlyqualityrisks,escalatedeviationsbasedontheescalationprocess3. SupportandpreparedocumentrelativetoqualityduringAPQP4. Collectcustomerspecialrequirementforqualitymanagement5. Participatetrialruninfactoryandcheck/approvethesampletestresultsatnewprojectphase6. Conductsignoffauditfornewproject7. Handlequalityinternalandexternalissueduringprojectphase8. Closecommunicationwithplantqualityengineerforsmoothtransferring9. DriveAQactivitiesinETOphase,meanwhilemonitorprojectteammembercompletealltasksintimetoavoidqualityrisk,elationisamustwhennecessaryKeyResponsibilities:1. Keeptrackingonlaunchqualityperformancefortheprojectsanddrivethecontinuousimprovement2. Closecollaborationswithmanufacturingquality,plantqualityengineerstoservecustomeronissues/projects3. Leadcustomercomplaintsrootcauseanalysisandproblemsolving4. UseAPQP/PPAPtoleadnewprocess&productchangeprojects5. Lead/facilitatecustomeraudit/visitandfollowupactions6. Customerspecificrequirementgapanalysisandworkwithcrossfunctionalteamtoimplement7. LeadtheCSR/warrantyagreementreviewonqualitypart8. OthertasksassignedbyQualityhead/managerQualifications:1. Bachelor’sdegreeminimumrequirement2. >4years’experienceinCustomerquality/Applicationserviceorequivalentpositioninindustrycompany3. FamiliarwithAPQP/PPAP/ISO9001/TS16949,6Sigma/Leanisanadvantage4. Goodteamwork,communicationskills5. Self-driven,activelywork
