Jobdescription1.SetupthequalitycontrolplanandinspectiondocumentreleasequalitygoalPQPforlinecontrolandimprovement,releasetheQCinspectiondocument(checklist),releasetherelativeproductqualityinformationtoMPteamforlinecontrolandupdatethequalitycontroldocuments. 2.InvolveprojectfromkickofftoMP,includingdiscussandfeedbacktocustomerandDesigners,pushinternalproduction,engineeringandrelatingfunctionteamstoanalyzeandsolveissueduringprotobuildandMP. 3.SetupSPConline,monitorandimproveitoncethereareanyabnormalitybaseonPDCA,developthequalityplanwithMPteam,andgetaactionplanonlineoncethereareimportantqualityissue,thenmonitortheactionandcloseit.4.Handlecustomercomplaintandreplythecorrectivereporttocustomer,communicationwithcustomerandotherfunctionteams. 5.Leadqualityinspectorstofindproductionqualityissueanddigoutpotentialissuethroughproductiondata,suchasSPC,failurerate,etc. 6.Trainandmonitortheinspectorsdailywork.Preparetherelatedweeklyreportsperactualneeds. Request:1.BachelorsdegreeinEngineeringorrelatedfield;2.Atleast3yearsexperienceinthequalityassurance,&processcontrolfieldofPCBAproducts.
3.Familiarwithqualitytoolsandstrongskillincommunicationandcoordination.
