SpecificResponsibilities工作职责:01、PrimaryresponsibilityistoactasabridgeassistingtheNorthAmericadesignerstodrivetheirvisionthroughdevelopment.02、SuccessfulcandidatewillworkcloselywithSpinMaster’sFarEastengineeringteams,modelshopsandvendors,toprovideonsitedesigninputonproductsthroughallstagesofdevelopment.(Frominitialbriefing,throughmodelmakingtoproduction).03、Designinputwillfocusonaestheticsandplaypattern.04、TravellingthroughoutChinawillberequired.RequiredQualifications&Experience任职资格及经验要求:01、UniversityundergraduateinIndustrialDesignorequivalent.02、Atleast5+yearsdesignexperience(Toyindustrypreferred).03、ExperienceworkingwithremotedesignteamsinNorthAmericaorEurope.04、Experienceintoydesign.05、Abilitytodraw/sketchproduct,aclearvisualcommunicator.06、ClearcommunicatorinEnglish,bothwrittenandspoken.07、Solidknowledgeofproductiontechniquesincludinginjectionmoulding,cutandsewanddecorationmethods.08、Experienceprovidingcostdownsuggestions.09、Self-motivatedandabletoworkindependently,withanabilitytoprioritiseandmanagemultipleprojects.
