TITLE:BRANDSPROJECTMANAGER.职位：品牌项目主管一、岗位要求1、Willbereportingdirectlytothecompanydirectorandwillberesponsibleforallaspectsofcoordinatingandmanagingtheprocessesforourapparel,footwearandheadwearownbrandandlicensedbrands.需要直接向老板汇报工作，并负责协调和管理服装、鞋帽等自有品牌和授权代理品牌的所有流程。2、Willbeinvolvedineverystepoftheprocessfromthedevelopmentofourapparel,footwearandheadwearsamples,throughtoworkingwithourwholesalepartnersanddistributionnetworkinU.K.andpartsofEurope.需参与从服装、鞋帽样品开发的每一个流程，和在英国和欧洲部分地区的批发经销商和线上销售进行配合合作和协助。3、Thecandidateshouldbeabletoadapttheirexperiencetootherfields.能够将自己的工作经验运用到岗位和其他领域4、Thecandidateshouldalsohavea‘basic’understandingofonlineretailingoperations.对线上零售业务有基本的了解5、Thecandidateshouldalsoenjoyworkingunder‘positive-pressure’attimes.能够热爱这个岗位且能吃苦耐劳，能够承受工作压力6、3-5yearsapparelorfootwearproductdevelopmentexperience.(EitherapparelorfootwearexperienceisOKbutbothwouldbeverygood).有3-5年服装或鞋子开发经验。(有服装或鞋子开发经验均可，如同时有服装和鞋子的开发经验更好)。7、ExcellentEnglishwritten,listeningandoralsskills.熟练英文听读写和流利的口语沟通技能8、Indepthknowledgeofglobalfashionbrands,fromsportsandstreetweartoluxuryfashionbrands.能深入了解全球时尚品牌，从运动、街头服饰到奢侈时尚品牌。9-Experienceinorganisingandmanagingasmallteam.有组织和管理小团队的经验10、Agoodunderstandingoffreightandlogistics(so,youcancommunicateandworkwithourshippingdepartment.了解货运和物流的基本流程，能够与船务部门进行有效沟通和工作。二、主要职责1、Solving,day-to-dayproblemsinallareasofthebusiness.处理日常工作遇到的问题2、Overseeingtheproductdevelopmentdepartment.负责监督和管理团队开发部门3、Beingthemaincommunication‘bridge’betweenourChinaandU.K.officesandteams.负责中国办公室和英国办公室团队之间的沟通和协调4、Ensuringallcritical-path/timelinesaremet.确保所有事情的进度/时间线是准时的5、Writingkeycommunicationemailstofactoriesandcustomers(inEnglish).能熟练地用英文邮件与工厂和客户进行沟通交流6、Keepingthebossinformedonallareasofthebusinessandactinghasatranslator.需向老板直接报告日常事务情况，并协助翻译
