品质主管/经理

1、负责公司质量方针，质量目标的具体贯彻落实，统筹负责公司从研发、供应商开发、制造工厂生产出货等各个环节的质量管理和改善工作。2、负责公司各种质量管理制度的制定与实施，以及各种质量管理活动的执行与推动。3、负责新产品试产各阶段项目进阶的品质评审把关、新产品品质检验标准的制定等。4、处理质量异常协助处理客户投诉与退货的调查、原因分析，并拟订改善措施。5、监督检查质量记录，组织分析质量数据。6、召开现场质量工作会议。7、组织质量控制人员、质量检验人员对专业技术知识的学习，建立一支高素质的质量控制、质量检验队伍。8、完成上级交付的其他相关工作。任职要求：1、中专以上学历；
2、5年以上品质管理工作经验；
3、受过产品开发知识、生产管理、品质管理等方面的培训；
熟悉箱包产品生产工艺流程及相关工艺技术知识；
熟悉国际质量体系专业知识；
具有产品异常分析和判断能力；
4、有箱包帽子研发、生产品质管理经验者优先。5.英语读写能力优先1.Responsibleforthespecificimplementationofthecompany'squalitypolicyandqualityobjectives,aswellasthequalitymanagementandimprovementfromsamplestage,supplierdevelopment,productionanddelivery.2.Responsiblefortheformulationandimplementationofvariousqualitymanagementsystems,aswellastheimplementationandpromotionofvariousqualitymanagementactivities.3.Responsibleforthequalityreviewofthenewproducttrialproductionandtheformulationofnewproductqualityinspectionstandards.4.Dealwithabnormalqualityissue,assistincustomercomplaintsandreturninvestigation,causeanalysis,andformulateimprovementmeasures.5.Superviseandinspectionqualityrecords,organizeandanalyzequalitydata.6.Holdon-sitequalitymeeting.8.Organizequalitycontrolpersonnelandqualityinspectionpersonneltolearnprofessionalandtechnicalknowledge,andestablishahigh-qualityqualitycontrolandqualityinspectionteam.Requirements:1.Highschooleducationorabove;2.Atleast5yearsworkingexperienceinqualitymanagement;3.Trainedinproductdevelopmentknowledge,productionmanagement,qualitymanagement,etc.;Familiarwiththeproductionprocessandrelatedtechnologyknowledgeofbagsandcapsindustry;Familiarwiththeprofessionalknowledgeofinternationalqualitysystemeg.ISO90001;Abilitytoanalyzeandjudgeproductanomalies;Familiarwiththeinternationalqualitysystem;4.ExperienceinR&Dandproductionqualitymanagementispreferred.
