模具工程师（东莞）

Task&Duites：1.Participateinthewholeprocessofnewproductdevelopment,andberesponsibleforthedesignoftooling,fixtures,die-cutting,measuringandtestingfixturesfromnewproductdevelopmenttomassproduction(including3Ddrawings,FAI2Ddrawings,DFM)参与新品开发全过程，并负责新品开发至量产的工装夹具、治具、刀模模切、测量测试夹具治具等图纸的设计。（包括：3D图、FAI2D图、DFM）2.Richexperienceindesignanddevelopmentrelatedtonewproductstructureanalysis,productdevelopmenttomassproductionprocessanalysis,newprocessToolingdesign.对新产品结构分析、产品开发到量产工艺分析、新工艺Tooling设计相关的设计开发工作有丰富经验。3.Familiarwithtooling,fixture,die-cutting,measurementandtestfixtureandothermachiningprocesses(EDM,CNC,LinearCut,coatingandconventionaltoolingmaterialcharacteristics).熟悉模具、工装夹具、治具、刀模模切、测量测试夹具治具等机械加工工艺流程（车、铣、锣、火花、线割、表面处理等）以及常规模具材料特性。4.Improveandoptimizetheoriginaldesignoftoolingandfixtures,summarizeandputforwardpreventivemeasurestoimprovetheprocessingefficiencyoftheproducts.对原有的模具、工装夹具、治具设计进行改善及优化，总结和提出预防措施，使其产品加工效率更高。Qualification职位要求：1.熟练使用3D软件(Pro/e,Solidworks)，有AutoCAD二维出图ProficientforPeo/e,SolidworkssoftwareandAutoCAD.2.会使用办公软件BeCapableofusingofficesuchasExcel,PDF,Powerpoint,etc.3.性格开朗，善于沟通，工程基础英语。Outgoinggoodatcommunicatewithpeople.4.有电子周边皮具类产品经验优先。
Experienceinelectronicperipheralleatherproductsispreferred.
