JobResponsibility1.Designsandmodelingandmaterialselectionofheadphonetransducers,includingmagnet,voicecoil,surround,pistonandotherstructuralparts,peracousticdesignrequirementsandmechanicalsystemlimitations.2.Buildprototypestoverifytheperformanceofthedesign,tomakesurethefurthersamplescanmeetdesignrequirement.3.Validateprototypesthroughalldifferentanalysistools,likeSoundcheck,Klippel,opticalequipment.4.WorkwithpartnerfactorytomakesureproductsrunningsmoothlyfromEVTbuildtoMP5.Workwithfactoryengineertooptimizethemanufacturingprocess.6.Troubleshootingofdifferentfailuremodeduringdevelopment.7.Releasedevelopmentdrawings,BOM,specification,goldensampletothesystem.8.Workwithprojectmanagementteamandsalesteamtomakesuretheprojectsaredeliveredontime.9.Improveexistingmodelsbasedoncustomer’srequirement.Qualifications.1.Engineeringdegreesrelatedtomechanical,acoustic,orelectronics.2.Atleast3yearsworkingexperienceinspeaker/receiver,headphonetransducerexperienceispreferred.3.ReadingandwritingcapabilityinEnglish4.Befamiliarwith2Dandatleastone3DCADsoftware5.GoodunderstandingandhandsexperienceontestingsoftwarelikeKlippel,SoundcheckorClio,LMS.6.Capabilitytosolveacomplexproblemwithasimplesolution7.TravelsbetweenOEMsifrequested.8.Beabletoworkinitiativelyandindependently.职位描述：1.根据客户的声学要求及结构系统的限制进行耳机喇叭的设计、造型和材料的选择，包括磁铁、音圈、悬边、弹波等结构物料。2.制作手板样品对设计进行分析，确保下回样品能满足设计要求。3.能运用各种分析工具验证手板性能，比如Soundcheck、Klippel、Optical仪器。4.与合作工厂一起工作，使新产品顺利的进行从试产直到量产。5.与工厂的工程师一起优化制造工艺。6.能解决开发过程中的各种失效模式及问题。7.发行开发相关的图纸、BOM、规格书、金板等到相关系统。8.与项目及销售团队一起合作，确保项目每个阶段按时完成。9.根据客户的需求改善现有的产品。条件要求：1.与结构、声学或电子相关专业的学位。2.有三年以上耳机喇叭、微型喇叭、受话器相关经验优先。3.有良好的英语读写能力。4.熟练2D及至少1门3D软件。5.熟悉相关测试软件，如Klippel、Soundcheck或Clio、LMS。6.能运用简洁的方法处理复杂的问题。7.根据需求出差合作工厂。
8.能独立工作及开发产品。
