III.MAINDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES•Toresearchtheknow-howofapplicationsintargetindustries,toprovidethepreliminaryproducts/solutionstomeettheapplications’requirementsproperly;•Toworkwithsalesmen/BDteam,toprovidethetechnicalsupportforfindingandsortingoutthenewapplicationsandadaptationprojectsinthearea;•ToworkwithHuizhouEngineerstooptimizeandfacilitatethesolutionofcustomeradaptationproject(includingtechnicalconfirmation,costanalysis,prototype,pilotrun,massproduction);•ToworkwithsupportfunctionteamsasMarketing,PM,channeltosortoutrightapplicationforChinatohelpSalesmantofindCustomers;•ToworkwithandtechnicalsupportforotherdepartmentsasLogistic,customerservice,tohaveregularcommunication/meetingwithBUteamtofacilitatetheadaptationprojectifnecessary.•Forsuddencase,suchasqualitycomplainfromKeycustomers,bigtechnicalaccidents,tovisitcustomerandidentifytheinformationandreasoninitiallyandlettherelevantdepartmenttofollowup.IV.WORKEXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS•Tohave3~5yearsmechanicalorelectricEngineerexperience,familiarwithsensorsorautomationproductsisplus.•Tohave3~5yearsworkexperienceinForeigncompany(USAorEuropecompanyispriority)•Itisbettertohaveworkexperienceinsales,keyaccountmanagementorcustomerservice;•Itisbettertohaveworkexperienceintheindustriesoftransportation(railway),electricaldistribution,elevator.V.EDUCATION/SKILLSREQUIREMENTS•BachelorDegree;•Majorinmechanicalorelectricalengineeringtechnologyinthecollege;•GoodEnglishSkillsinoralandwritten;•VerygoodatcomputerskillVI.COMPETENCIESREQUIREMENTS•Toproactiveandhonest,self-driven•Tohaveagoodcommunicationskill,itisaSalesmantoo•Tobepatient,reliableandeasy-going•Tobewillingonfrequenttravels•HaveProjectmanagementskills
